LEILA HOBART
Founder
Have I ever envisioned InspireUK - The Charity evolving into what it is today? Honestly, no. My passion for helping people transcended my various career paths, including a Senior Project Manager role in an Events Company, following six years in the airline industry. Amidst my professional journey, I consistently engaged in customer-facing roles while actively pursuing personal growth.
In 2020, the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to my furlough from the events role, afforded me the time to delve into studying Counselling and CBT Therapy. With a deep-seated interest in psychology, I successfully completed my Level 4 Diploma. This period became a turning point where my aspiration to educate, empower, and encourage others converged.
Supported by an exceptional team, we collectively established a charity, InspireUK - The Charity, dedicated to providing affordable counseling and therapeutic services, significantly impacting individuals' mental health.
